CREPE RECIPE

DRA ALKMINI’S DELICIOUS gluten free low carb crepes recipe,

Place in blender:

½ cup half&half (cold)

1 egg

1¼ cup arrowroot

1/3 cup collagen

1 tablespoon gelatin

generous pinch of salt. Blend for 30 seconds.

Pour in buttered nonstick pan and roll until pan fully covered. Flip when edges start to brown. Makes approximately 3 crepes.

You can eat crepes as savory with shredded parmesan cheese, prosciutto etc or fresh fruit, drizzled with 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup. ENJOY:))
