We are taking new patients by appointment.
You may email us at dra@endocrineprimemd.com with the subject labeled: Prospective Patient (and include your full name and your date of birth) and your cell phone number. We are not working with insurance of any kind., including Medicare. All patients are private pay, but patients may use HSA or FSA card for payment if available.

Appointment Necessities
Photo ID
Payment is due at the time of your consultation. New patients are required to leave a credit card number, expiration date, security code and billing Zip code. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, your card will be charged a $100 cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy.

All patients are expected to pay upfront for each visit. We do not accept insurance. We are not working with insurance of any kind including Medicare and no insurance notes will be issued.
INITIAL CONSULTATION / telemedicine $750 (60-90 minutes, includes nutritional recommendations)
FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION / telemedicine $600 for 60 minutes, It includes nutritional recommendations.
